Everything you need for this tutorial is included in a mini kit I have made.
This is so you can create the same look. All you need to do is provide
your own main tubed image.

Supplies Here

Please do ensure that you read my Terms of Use after downloading the file!

This is a nice easy tut so let's begin.

Open a new file sized 600 x 600 and apply the mask included in the supplies,
or you can create your own using the blank mask in my kit.

To apply your own decorated mask, save the mask to your Mask folder in PSP.
(You should add the mask before opening your PSP programme).
Open a new file. Fill the background with a colour or pattern of your choice.

Go to your Layers tab and select Load/Mask From Disk.
Select the mask and you will see that your colour or background will
look like it's disappeared. Go back to your Layers tab and click
Invert and you will see your Mask effect. Merge all layers, save and
keep to one side whilst you carry on with creating the main image.

Open a new file and keep the background transparent.
Add one of the frames and and decorate as you wish, remembering to add your
text, name and watermark..

Before adding your main tubed image, go to your Layers tab and
Duplicate the layer.

Working on the duplicated layer, add your main tube. You will see that it
sits on top of your image which is no good, so go back to your Layers tab and
scroll down to Arrange and then select Move to Bottom. The image will now
sit behind the frame.

When you have finished, Merge Visible, then go to your Edit tab and
select Copy and then click on your masked image.

Go back to your Edit tab and click Paste. You will now be able to slide your
image in the centre with the mask sitting behind.

Merge all layers and save.

To add the final touches with some glittery sparkles (optional), I have used
a bling from Roberta Designz whose website seems to have disappeared but you
might find something suitable from NMS Tutorials Here
Alternatively you can use the sparkle animation I have included in this
tutorial.

To add the animation, open your saved image in Animation Shop and
open the animation file.

You will see that the animation has 4 frames, so you will need to copy your
main image 4 times. Right click on your main image, then click on Copy.
Right click again and click on Paste After Current Frame. You will see that
you have two frames. Do this again until you have 4 frames.

You should now have 4 frames of your main image and 4 frames of the animated sparkle.

Go to the first frame of your animation, press Ctrl A + C, then click on the first
frame of your main image and press the Ctrl Key and the letters A + E to paste
the animation. Slide the animated sparkle along the frame in your image and release.

If you want to add the sparkle along the whole length of the frame, repeat the
procedure again until you have added it to the left and right of the frame. To
add the animation to the top and bottom of the frame, go to the Animation tab and
select Rotate, then rotate it by 90 degrees and then use the same procedure as
above to add it to the top and bottom of the frame.

When you've done that, hit the animation preview tab and watch how it animates.

If you are happy, save and display!

That's it all done.

Preview of Kit.
